Credit Valley Family Health Team (CVFHT) has made continued progress to provide timely access to comprehensive, high-quality primary care to more than 17,000 patients across the Mississauga area over the 2025- 2026 fiscal year.

Our team strives to provide the best possible care using an inter-professional approach to expand our reach and meet the needs of our rapidly growing community.

Currently, our multidisciplinary team includes: 13 physicians, 20 residents, 17 administrative staff members and 31 clinicians, including registered nurses, nurse practitioners, registered dietitians, social workers, pharmacists and other health care professionals.
