Caring for others often means putting your own needs last — especially when it comes to health and self-care. This free workshop offers practical and compassionate tools to help you nourish both your body and mind.
In this session you will:

- Learn simple nutrition tips tailored for busy caregivers - Explore the connection between emotions, stress, and food choices
- Practice easy mindfulness tools you can use at any meal
- Walk away with realistic strategies to support your health while caregiving

This workshop will be facilitated by a Registered Social Worker and Registered Dietician from the Credit Valley Family Health Team Inter-Professional Care Team (IPCT).
